（1）在石材電梯門套前，首先進行結(jié)構(gòu)找平、套方，根據(jù)實際洞口尺寸加工所有材料，在選材時也可對花型做調(diào)整，進行原始的加工。在施工時按加工的尺寸再次復(fù)核，按原來加工的編號進行分類“對號入座”。

(1) Before using the stone elevator door frame, first level and square the structure, and process all materials according to the actual hole size. When selecting materials, the pattern can also be adjusted to perform the original processing. During construction, recheck according to the processed size and classify according to the original processing number for "matching and positioning".

（2）在地面目測與電梯側(cè)框垂直貼50?mm寬的地膠帶，用1個方尺（長度500?mm為宜）以電梯門下框為底，用方尺劃電梯門底框的垂線，線一定要劃在紙膠帶上，劃線要清晰，長度大于砌體厚度（洞口側(cè)邊寬度）。

(2) On the ground, visually inspect and stick 50 perpendicular to the elevator side frame? A mm wide floor tape should be used, with a square ruler (length of 500? Mm is recommended) at the bottom of the elevator door frame. Use a square ruler to draw the vertical line of the elevator door bottom frame. The line must be drawn on the paper tape clearly, and the length should be greater than the thickness of the masonry (width of the opening side).

（3）用卷尺測量內(nèi)門套側(cè)板石材、固定件總厚度，以劃的垂線為基準線，量取相同尺寸，對基準線進行平移，找出交點，這樣門套內(nèi)側(cè)板靠近門框處的點即可確定。

(3) Measure the total thickness of the stone and fixing parts on the inner door frame side panel with a tape measure. Use the perpendicular line as the reference line, measure the same size, translate the reference line, and find the intersection point. This way, the point near the door frame on the inner side panel of the door frame can be determined.

（4）以墻面向基準線畫垂線，根據(jù)情況制訂合理的“八”字口尺寸及效果，在垂線上量取尺寸，找出交點，確定石材門套內(nèi)側(cè)板外端點。將2點連成1條直線，這樣內(nèi)側(cè)套一邊的底邊就確定了，然后進行安裝。同時利用四線紅外線檢查垂直度。用同樣的方法和尺寸確定另一側(cè)內(nèi)套板。這樣兩側(cè)板即可安裝。

(4) Draw a vertical line from the wall to the reference line, formulate a reasonable size and effect of the "eight" shaped opening according to the situation, measure the size on the vertical line, find the intersection point, and determine the outer endpoint of the inner side panel of the stone door frame. Connect the two points into a straight line, so that the bottom edge of one side of the inner sleeve is determined, and then proceed with installation. Simultaneously use four line infrared to check verticality. Use the same method and size to determine the inner sleeve plate on the other side. This way, the two side panels can be installed.

（5）門套內(nèi)側(cè)頂板安裝注意點，頂板尺寸比洞口尺寸兩邊大30?mm，確保頂板擱置于兩側(cè)板上，頂板內(nèi)木條作好防腐，固定在內(nèi)，主要作用是防止堵塞物不實及漏漿問題。頂板用專業(yè)膠粘結(jié)在已找方正、清理干凈的基層上。

(5) What should be noted for the installation of the inner top plate of the door frame? The size of the top plate is 30 times larger than the size of the opening on both sides? Mm, ensure that the top plate is placed on both sides of the board, and the wooden strips inside the top plate are well protected against corrosion and fixed inside. The main function is to prevent blockages and slurry leakage. The top plate is bonded with professional adhesive to the square and cleaned base layer.

（6）全部安裝完，掀掉保護膜，并用棉絲把石材門套擦干凈。

(6) After installation is complete, remove the protective film and wipe the stone door cover clean with cotton thread.

（7）所有拼縫處打結(jié)構(gòu)膠，結(jié)構(gòu)膠的選用顏色盡量與石材顏色相同或接近，打膠前用紙膠帶對周邊進行保護，以免造成二次污染。

(7) Apply structural adhesive to all joints, and try to use the same or similar color as the stone material. Before applying the adhesive, protect the surrounding area with paper tape to avoid secondary pollution.

（8）掀去紙膠帶，清理干凈。

(8) Remove the paper tape and clean it thoroughly.
